Cash America Pawn is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations with a focus on customer service and sales growth. The role requires 2+ years of management experience and a strong commitment to delivering a positive, productive environment.

You will recruit, coach, and develop staff while maintaining asset protection and financial performance. Base pay ranges from $24.50 to $33.00 per hour, with a lucrative monthly bonus and eligibility for benefits, vacation, 401k, and earned

Qualifications

• Store Manager must have 2+ years of management and customer service experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work 45+ hours per week.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner and rapidly addressing customer issues.
• Monitor and assist in the training of Pawnbrokers so their development meets the prescribed FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent by sourcing candidates through company-prescribed channels.
• Opens and closes the store, including counting cash drawers and merchandise, and ensuring procedures protect assets.
• Ensures asset protection through inventory control and loan management.
