Qualifications

• Possess high school degree or equivalent.
• Effective communication and reading skills.
• Have successfully completed the applicable Divisions Leadership Training Program.
• Achieve a satisfactory level of technical and professional skills or knowledge in position or related areas.
• 3 years of experience and satisfactory performance appraisals as an assistant store leader or in another position within the same pay level or above.
• Must be 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams in planning, implementation and execution of merchandising and operation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities in the store, develop timely solutions and create action plans for implementation.
• Achieve or exceed weekly, period, and annual sales, revenue and profit budgets and other targets.
• Drive cost effective sales, reduce shrink and maximize profits.
• Discuss store-level financial performance and budgeting with store assistants and shift leads.
• Promote inclusive leadership and support store/area diversity and safety initiatives.
• Coordinate with division associates to achieve financial goals and marketing plans.
• Promote relationships with local community organizations and stakeholders.
• Communicate essential information to store team members to ensure duties are carried out.
