Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail experience as Store or District Manager in dynamic, high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a large team with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership focused on collaboration, problem-solving, and empowering diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with mentoring and feedback abilities.
• Broad knowledge of store operations including customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations to boost sales, control expenses, and minimize shrink and damages.
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers; mentor for promotion readiness.
• Develop and implement plans to increase store sales; advise on merchandise mix, inventory, and customer demographics.
• Focus on Loss Prevention priorities; ensure compliance with company programs and policies; review reports and conduct audits.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through high standards in service and presentation; set action plans for store initiatives.
