Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing key operations (merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, receiving).
• Attract, recruit, and develop associates; mentor and model a supportive environment.
• Implement action plans for projects and store changes; contribute to succession planning.
• Execute strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer-service targets; coordinate loss-prevention programs.
