Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and provide effective feedback and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results and overseeing merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping and receiving; focus on minimizing shrink and damages.
• Attract, recruit, and train Associates; mentor and role model to ensure a positive experience for staff and customers.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, and store changes; provide input on succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expenses and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and store programs.
