You’ll drive store performance, recruit and develop Associates, and execute plans to achieve sales and service goals in a fast-paced environment. This role offers overtime eligibility and a starting pay range of $22.70 to $31.20 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package including associate discounts and retirement matching.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving.
• Attract, recruit, and train Associates; mentor and role model to ensure a positive experience for staff and customers.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, and company initiatives; contribute to succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and store efficiency.
