Chico’s FAS, Inc. seeks an Assistant Store Manager at our Dallas store to support the Store Manager in driving a customer- and product-focused sales culture, where our values guide every store operation and profitability.

You will lead a high-performing team, manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and loss prevention, train associates on product knowledge, ensure MAPS service standards, and uphold store policies to deliver an exceptional Omni channel experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail management experience preferred.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to learn or adapt to company technology.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a customer- and product-focused sales culture and profitability.
• Analyzes sales reports and KPIs to drive in-store strategies.
• Schedules, payroll, and loss-prevention related duties; manages inventory flow.
• Ensures cash handling and transactions comply with policy.
• Trains and coaches staff on product knowledge and MAPS service standards.
• Partners with Store Manager to recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team.
• Maintains compliance with employment practices and store policies.
