Job summary

You will help oversee sales operations, asset protection, and HR functions to deliver a great customer experience and maximize profitability. You will lead a team, drive performance, train staff on product knowledge and MAPS standards, and ensure a smooth omni-channel experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
• Proven excellent customer service skills with a track record in sales and leadership.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, training, and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes sales reports and KPIs to determine the needs of the business; collaborates with Store Manager to execute in-store strategies.
• Manages payroll, budget, scheduling, audits, physical inventory, opening/closing duties, and register procedures.
• Ensures compliance with policies, loss prevention controls, and accurate cash handling.
• Leads recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing store team.
• Delivers exceptional customer service and ensures fast, efficient checkout experiences.
