You will partner with the store manager to drive sales, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and coordinate merchandising, product launches, and on-site/off-site promotional activities. The role offers comprehensive training and a clear path to leadership within AT&T's retail network.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience is required.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in Barboursville and support the store manager.
• Lead and coach a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals.
• Assist with merchandising, product launches and promotional activities.
• Participate in off-site events and community outreach as needed.
