Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with recruiting, supervising, scheduling, training and developing store personnel.
• Ensure clear and effective communication with employees and customers.
• Help meet sales targets, maintain inventory accuracy and optimize cash flow.
• Take responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Enforce PPE use and promote workplace safety.
