Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, supervising, scheduling, training, and developing store personnel.
• Lead customer service initiatives to ensure WOW! service and resolve concerns.
• Drive sales targets, manage inventory, and optimize store profitability.
• Oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager or Commercial Sales Manager.
• Ensure safety, PPE compliance, and adherence to company standards.
