You will hire and train associates, drive sales, manage store operations, and use data to plan actions that improve profitability. This role reports to the District Sales Manager and offers monthly incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Store Manager in a similar volume apparel business.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical targets.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Occasional travel to other store locations and district meetings.

Responsabilités

• Lead store team to achieve financial, customer-service, and operational goals.
• Hire, train, coach and retain top talent across the store.
• Drive sales through product knowledge and exceptional service.
