Job summary

Citi Trends is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, lead a team, and assist with staffing and development. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, maintain operational excellence, and ensure adherence to Citi Trends policies.

The role requires strong communication, organizational and people leadership skills, plus the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Prior retail leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or similar retail leadership role.
• 3–5 years of overall retail experience preferred.
