Staples, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead a store with a collaborative, inclusive culture and a focus on community engagement, customer service, and sales leadership. You will drive merchandise sales, print & marketing services, and the small business portfolio while coaching a team to deliver total solutions.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, accountability, and strong leadership across the store team to achieve profitable YOY results.

Qualifications

• 1+ year progressively responsible store management experience in a retail environment as a General/Store Manager.
• Experience with store operations analysis, planning, financial acumen and driving results.
• Experience creating a customer centric environment in a consultative selling setting.
• Experience developing a team in operational excellence to drive YOY profits.
