Job summary

Pacsun seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Florida to support the Store Manager in delivering a compelling customer experience and driving top-line sales. You will lead by example, coaching staff to uphold brand standards and policies while ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for shoppers.

You will supervise floor operations, delegate tasks, and maintain visual merchandising. The role requires strong communication, math and computer skills, and a commitment to PacSun values and community

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong communications skills.
• Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer focused, engaging experience on the sales floor.
• Handle customer situations per policy and escalate as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and organize stock.
• Provide feedback from customers to leadership to improve the experience.
• Coaches and provides feedback to Sales Associates.
• Support associate engagement with recognition and rewards.
• Direct associates to understand company directives and standards.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks to meet operational needs.
• Execute visual directives and maintain brand standards.
• Drive efficiency in store processes.
• Maintain merchandise flow and stockroom presentation.
