Sunglass Hut is hiring a Store Manager to lead on the floor, coach the team, and deliver the Sunglass Hut Experience. You will drive sales, recruit and train staff, and embody the brand in every customer interaction.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years leadership experience, a strong background in store operations, and a detail-oriented, results-driven mindset aligned with EssilorLuxottica standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of leadership experience.
• Expertise in all store operations and execution.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution skills.
• Ability to think critically to ensure store standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the floor and serve as a role model for the team.
• Coach, develop and inspire staff to deliver The Sunglass Hut Experience.
• Drive sales by identifying opportunities to meet store goals.
• Recruit, hire and train staff using onboarding tools.
• Build customer relationships and act as brand ambassador.
• Maintain brand standards and operational policies.
