Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the team, drive sales, and maintain store standards. Responsibilities include overseeing payroll budgeting, shrink reduction, merchandising, seasonal transitions, coaching staff, and ensuring excellent customer experiences.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of retail management experience, a high school diploma, flexible scheduling, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provides the financial oversight of all sales and profit goals including payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction and other key company initiatives.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s core behaviors in delivering exceptional Associate and Customer service experiences; ensures standards are met in every interaction.
• Executes merchandising, store standards, seasonal transitions, and inventory processes to meet operational goals.
• Acts as a talent grower by coaching, training, development, evaluation, supervision, and scheduling of store associates to meet business needs and staffing budgets.
• Maintains proper security of the store location and all company assets.
