Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
• Can effectively communicate with team and management.
• Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• 30% Brand: Supervises and directs associates to deliver an exceptional client experience, maximize sales, and uphold brand standards.
• 30% People: Recruits, trains, and develops the team; coaches underperformance and maintains positive relations.
• 30% Operations: Executes company processes, including Omni-channel fulfillment and digital strategies.
• Store opens/closes, manages payroll hours, and ensures timely completion of directives and projects.
• 10% Safety/Loss Prevention: Maintains safe store conditions and protects assets through inventory and cash controls.
