• Supervise store operations, ensure opening/closing and compliance with SOPs.
• Assist in training and coaching associates and leading weekly meetings.
• Maintain product knowledge, pricing updates and loss prevention measures.
• Oversee cashiering, inventory, merchandising and store upkeep to maximize profitability.
