Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Austin, TX to support the Management Team with operations, leadership, and customer service excellence.

You will guide a team, optimize merchandising, manage inventory, and drive store profitability through strategic sales initiatives. Responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining Skechers standards, and ensuring smooth store operations while upholding a safe and inclusive environment for customers and employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Experience in sales management.
• Excellent communication skills in writing and speech.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales goals and deliver superior customer service.
• Manage visual merchandising to reflect Skechers branding and product standards.
• Monitor inventory and restock to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Oversee store operations including scheduling and opening/closing procedures.
