Skechers USA Retail, LLC seeks an Assistant Store Manager for our Austin location. You will support the Management Team in operations, lead a team, and ensure seamless customer service while optimizing inventory and visuals to meet Skechers' standards.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing stock, and driving sales through strategic initiatives. The role requires flexible hours including weekends and evenings, with opportunity for career growth within Skechers' global network.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate a store team to achieve sales targets and high customer service.
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards across displays.
• Manage inventory levels and restock to ensure product availability.
• Oversee store operations: scheduling, openings/closings, and procedures; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Drive revenue growth with effective sales strategies and performance targets.
• Resolve customer concerns and proactively address issues to maintain satisfaction.
