You will coach staff, drive sales strategies, and ensure top-notch customer service while adhering to Skechers’ standards and policies. This role requires flexibility for weekends and holidays.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in retail or hospitality leadership is preferred but not required.
• Sales experience to drive revenue and meet targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

• Team Leadership: mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver great customer service.
• Visual Merchandising: ensure displays and layouts meet Skechers' standards for style and innovation.
• Inventory Management: monitor stock levels, restock, and organize the sales floor for a seamless experience.
• Operations Management: manage store systems, scheduling, opening/closing, and procedures; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Sales Management: drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
• Problem-Solving: address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns.
