Job summary

Shoe Station in East Point, GA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and act as a key holder, driving a fun, customer-first environment.

In this full-time role, you will support the General Manager, lead staff, manage cash handling and merchandising, and develop future retail leaders.

Candidates must be 18+, willing to obtain Key Carrier Certification within 60 days, and able to stand and lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail or customer service
• Must obtain Key Carrier Certification within 60 days
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store as a key holder
• Support the General Manager in reaching sales goals
• Lead customer service efforts and resolve issues professionally
• Train and guide associates on processes and standards
• Delegate daily tasks and coordinate breaks
• Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation
• Perform register overrides, safe/till counts, and cash reconciliation
• Follow and promote loss prevention procedures
