Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of reading and interpreting documents such as diagrams, safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and percentages.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and cashier accountability.
• Ability to generate reports with IBM cash registers.
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising practices.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees per laws and policies; ensure staffing levels.
• Provide proper training and conduct performance evaluations; address gaps or counseling.
• Communicate performance expectations and coordinate meetings to reinforce safety and policies.
• Open and close the store as required; maintain staffing and operations.
