Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. Lone Tree store in Colorado seeks an experienced store leader focused on operational excellence and customer engagement. You will support the Store Manager in driving sales targets, payroll accuracy, and a positive team environment.

The role requires progressive retail leadership, weekend/evening availability, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. You will onboard new hires and ensure iconic brand standards are upheld while fostering community connections.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Progressive retail leadership experience required.
• Ability to supervise, coach and train staff.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for operational excellence in daily store procedures, payroll management, cash handling and inventory control.
• Support Store Manager in leading the team to achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales goals and financial plans.
• Open and close the store as a service leader and resolve customer concerns.
• Drive performance metrics such as Conversion, Units Per Transaction, Sales Per Hour.
• Assist in interviewing, hiring, training and retention of store staff.
• Onboard new hires with Beyond Yoga core values, product knowledge and selling culture.
• Execute flawless store visuals following corporate direction and merchandising needs.
• Maintain accurate product receiving and shipping processes and prevent losses by training staff on policy compliance.
• Coach staff to enhance knowledge and skills and provide growth opportunities.
