Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. Lone Tree Park Meadows is seeking a Part-time Retail Associate to support daily store operations, payroll, cash handling and inventory control.

You will assist the Store Manager in leading the team to meet sales goals and engage customers with a collaborative selling environment. You will be involved in interviewing, hiring, training and retention of staff, ensuring visual presentation aligns with corporate standards, and managing inventory processes.

Qualifications

• Accountable for daily store procedures, payroll, cash handling and inventory control.
• Interviewing, hiring, training and retention responsibilities.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform essential job functions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales goals and financial plan.
• Open and close the store as a visible service leader and support resolution of customer concerns.
• Execute flawless store visual presentation following corporate direction and merchandising adaptations.
• Ensure sound product inventory management through receiving and sending processes.
• Coach and develop staff to increase knowledge and growth within the organization.
• Build relationships with local community and be a brand ambassador for Levi Strauss & Co.
