AT&T in Quincy, IL is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, assist with merchandising, and lead events to meet sales objectives. You will coach a team of sales consultants to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

The role includes participation in leadership development, a comprehensive training program, and a compensation package with salary range plus commission. This position is on-site at our Quincy store.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience in a retail or similar environment.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology and mobility systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail store operations with a store manager to drive sales and service goals.
• Support merchandising, product launches and off-site outreach events to boost store performance.
