Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store operations including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure store is clean, well-organized and stocked with inventory.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and managing Store Team including scheduling, performance management, and disciplinary action.
• Motivate and lead the Team to achieve sales and service goals.
• Inventory management and stock checks; place orders as needed.
• Ensure store displays are attractive and showcase products; coordinate with Visual Merchandising Team for store layouts.
• Ensure compliance with laws and maintain a safe shopping environment.
• Communicate issues during shift hand-off and participate in training.
