rocketcareersite is seeking an Assistant Manager for a full-time role. You will assist customers in purchasing products and developing customer connections while supporting store operations and maintaining a safe, customer-focused environment.

As a leadership team member, you will stand in for the Store Manager when needed and help ensure smooth operations, including weekends and holidays. A background in retail supervision and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Supervisor, or Team Lead at a retail store.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (local regulations).
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the purchase of products and develop customer connections.
• Support the Store Manager in all store operations and maintain a safe, customer-focused environment.
• Lead when the Store Manager is not present and ensure smooth operation.
