Job summary

Sephora is hiring an Assistant Store Manager at the San Marcos location. You will partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, coach and develop a diverse team, and deliver exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll lead with passion, recruit top talent, and ensure standards are met while driving sales and store profitability. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
