Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Franklin, TN to support the Store Manager and help drive profitable store operations. You’ll lead guest services, develop staff, control expenses, and oversee merchandising and inventory in line with company policies.

Position offers up to 38 hours weekly, minimum 18 years old, and a comprehensive benefits package. Prior retail or management experience is required to excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• This role requires standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
• Up to 38 hours per week schedule.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Support Store Manager in various tasks involved in the store operation.
• Develop staff to maximize sales and profitability.
