Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking an experienced Store Manager in Lebanon, TN to lead all aspects of a seasonal store’s operation. You will drive sales, oversee guest services, manage expenses, and ensure losses are controlled through effective merchandising and staffing.

The role requires prior retail management experience, a minimum age of 21, and a flexible schedule. Expect physical duties including standing for long hours, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
