Shoe Station in Jackson, MS is seeking a Store Lead to oversee a department and help drive sales. You will coach team members, ensure great customer experiences, and maintain store standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, delegation, and hands-on training with flexible full-time or part-time hours; prior retail experience and strong communication are preferred to advance the store’s goals.

Formación

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Retail experience preferred (1+ year).
• Ability to learn and operate the POS system.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a department (Women’s, Men’s, or Kids) and support store standards.
• Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude.
• Train and guide associates on service and cash handling.
• Handle transactions, returns, and till counts as needed.
• Organize merchandise and displays; assist with truck unloading and floor moves.
• Promote current sales and programs; delegate tasks and communicate clearly.
