Job summary

Skechers USA Retail, LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Management Team in operations, leadership, and customer service. You will drive daily performance, mentor a team, and ensure high standards of service, merchandising, and store execution.

You will oversee scheduling, inventory restocking, and store systems, with opportunities for career growth within Skechers' global network. This role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays and a strong focus on teamwork

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales management goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure product displays and store layouts meet Skechers' high standards for style and innovation.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restocking, and organize the sales floor for a seamless shopping experience.
• Operations Management: Oversee store systems, scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and operations.
• Sales Management: Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and exceeding goals.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns.
