Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.

• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Hires, develops and leads store associates to deliver an exceptional client experience and meet KPIs.
• Trains and coaches team members; actively recruits to build a strong candidate network.
• Oversees omni-channel operations and store processes to support digital strategies.
• Manages inventory, payroll hours and store opening/closing procedures.
• Ensures safety, loss prevention and adherence to company policies.
