Job summary

AT&T in Brentwood, MO is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, drive sales, and deliver top-notch customer service. You’ll partner with the store manager to oversee merchandising, product launches, and the guest experience.

You’ll coach a team of retail sales consultants, lead promotions and events, and help achieve sales targets while building a culture of performance and collaboration. A solid leadership track and telecom knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
