AT&T in Missouri seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, lead a team, and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll partner with the Store Manager on merchandising, launches, and initiatives to meet objectives and elevate service quality.

You will coach retail sales consultants, manage performance, and collaborate with stakeholders on initiatives beyond the store.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Prior management experience.
• Ability to drive results and meet sales objectives.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology and AT&T products.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and drive sales.
• Oversee merchandising, product launches and promotional activities to meet sales goals.
• Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service targets.
