AT&T inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Brentwood, MO to support daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will help manage merchandising, product launches, and leadership responsibilities while coaching a team of retail consultants. The role offers structured training, opportunities for advancement, and competitive compensation including base salary plus commission.

Formación

• Three+ years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily store operations in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to drive sales.
• Work to meet and exceed sales objectives and customer service standards.
• Lead outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events.
• Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to achieve goals.
