Job summary

GICMH is seeking a dependable keyholder to support store management, oversee the donation-to-sales process, and help move and sort donations to fund community programs in Central Michigan.

As a front‑facing team member you will deliver customer service, review donations, assist in staff scheduling, and work to meet monthly production and sales goals while upholding safety and quality standards, with flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management in meeting or exceeding monthly production and sales goals.
• Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism.
• Review and respond to customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Assist in completion of store staff work schedules, as directed by store management.
• Support and cooperate with retail and upper management and other departments.
• Maintain appropriate and professional appearance, communication, and actions.
