Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling training safety meetings and policy compliance.
• Follow company processes to manage merchandise incl. receiving stocking and displays.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels and controlling damages and markdowns.
• Assist in planogram implementation and merchandise presentation.
• Support financial integrity through cashier controls and deposits; sign for refunds/overrides and count tills.
• Assist with store management in the Store Manager's absence.
