Amazing Intimate Essentials is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States (Dallas, TX area) to support the Store Manager in delivering strong sales and an exceptional in-store experience. This full-time role offers base hourly pay with commission, plus benefits including health insurance and 401k with employer matching.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Flexible schedule including Fridays and Saturdays and 1 Sunday per month.
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
• Proven ability to set and achieve sales and revenue goals.
• Demonstrated leadership with strong verbal and written communication.
• High energy level and business acumen including retail metrics and P&L.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, motivate, mentor, and train a high performing sales team.
• Coach, develop and provide timely feedback to maximize selling potential.
• Set clear performance expectations for all associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to tailor product assortment to store needs.
• Maintain brand standards and deliver an exceptional in-store experience.
• Execute company selling strategies and monitor store metrics.
• Manage inventory and supervise controllable expenses.
• Perform opening/closing routines and bank deposits, receipts.
• Oversee maintenance, policies, and loss prevention practices.
