Job summary

The TJ Maxx store in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Store Cleaning Associate to maintain a clean and safe shopping environment. You will operate a floor scrubber and buffer, dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, and spot clean glass and windows while upholding health and safety standards and supporting multiple store areas.

Excellent customer service, the ability to multitask, and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Maintains floor care cleanliness standards including operation of scrubber and buffer.
• Maintains all store organization, cleanliness, and recovery standards for Sales Floor, Backroom and Restrooms.
• Adheres to all safety and loss prevention policies and procedures.
• Cross-trained in other store areas to support business needs.
• Communicates accurately with management and Associates.
