PAYLESS MARKETS INC in Guam is seeking a Store Janitor to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming shopping environment for customers and staff. You will perform general cleaning, restock supplies, and assist with display setup while upholding safety guidelines and store policies.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) and previous janitorial experience, preferably in retail. This role requires reliability, physical stamina, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is advantageous.
• Retail environment experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms with stocked supplies.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste per store policy.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass partitions.
• Maintain cleanliness in break rooms and customer service areas.
• Report maintenance or repair needs promptly.
• Follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down displays as needed.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.
