Qualifications

• Prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, pallet jacks, etc.
• Ability to interpret ALDI policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Models and fulfills customer service principles and escalates concerns to management.
• Notifies management of loss due to damaged or outdated products.
• Uses POS system to process purchases accurately; reports scanning issues.
• Adheres to cash policies and procedures.
• Supports merchandising by stocking shelves per planograms.
• Completes curbside pickup orders accurately and timely.
• Maintains store cleanliness and zone standards.
• Assists management in achieving efficiency and loss goals.
• Ensures safe working environment by addressing hazards and equipment upkeep.
• Follows inventory procedures and product handling guidelines.
