Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, pallet jacks, handheld devices, computers, etc.
• Ability to interpret ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock product.
• Operate POS to process purchases and handle cash.
• Provide exceptional customer service and escalate concerns as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized shelves and displays per planograms.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and timely delivery to customers’ vehicles.
• Adhere to store policies and safety procedures.
• Support management in achieving operational efficiency and loss goals.
• Identify and address hazards to maintain a safe working environment.
