Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Store Associate at Dolphin Mall in Miami, FL. You will assist customers with product knowledge, connect online and in-store experiences, and help drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

You'll report to the Store Manager and collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional service, manage inventory, and participate in store events and promotions. Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle products is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in the store and assist with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to help customers shop easily.
• Achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
• Support inventory and POS operations as needed.
• Assist with events, promotions, and community involvement.
