ALDI, Inc. in Bedford Park, IL is hiring a Store Associate to merchandise, stock, cashier, and help keep the store clean while delivering outstanding customer service.

This full-time role averages 30+ hours per week with a starting wage of $20.00 per hour and scheduled wage increases in Year 2–Year 5. You will follow ALDI policies, operate the POS system, assist management in efficiency and loss-prevention, and provide a safe shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and ability to work with others.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Willingness to follow store policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding customer service and assist store management as needed.
• Operate POS system to process purchases and handle scanning issues.
• Stock shelves and display merchandise per planograms to maximize sales.
• Open lanes and manage curbside pickup with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, and assist with loss-prevention goals.
• Follow policies and procedures and report hazards to management.
