Job summary

Goodwill Central Oklahoma is seeking individuals to help grow our mission. We provide training and supportive services to individuals seeking greater independence. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, sorting and processing merchandise, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

Starting pay is $13.25 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and 401k. All employees are eligible for the RISE program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Prior customer service experience, preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Reliable transportation and communication, required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors.
• Properly distribute items from the back room to the correct areas of the store.
• Clean and straighten items on the floor.
• Maintain store housekeeping to Agency standards.
• Assist in loading and unloading of Goodwill trucks and trailers.
• Attend training as required.
