Michaels NWK-East Hanover, NJ is seeking a store associate to keep the store clean, assist customers, and support checkout and omni-channel services. You will perform cleaning duties, stock shelves, and help with planograms while delivering friendly service in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role requires standing, lifting, and flexible hours including nights and weekends. The base pay range is $17.25–$20.00 per hour, with potential overtime and a full benefits package available.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and help customers.
• Engage in omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
