Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Qualify leads and promote customers to sell valuables.

• Identify, test, buy and sell precious metals, coins and collectibles.
• Provide accurate, error-free appraisals and payouts.
• Upsell and contribute to company reviews.

PGS seeks long-term, team-oriented salespeople who have Initiative and Drive and will grow with our company. PGS Gold & Coin is a Certified Coin Dealer and Certified Precious Metals Specialist with the highest documented credentials in the world.

PGS has a no-pressure retail/sales environment where our customers can enjoy a stress-free way to buy and sell their valuables, such as Coin Collections, Gold and silver Jewelry, Diamonds, and Historical Collectibles.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated salespeople looking to take on a long-term career in becoming a top salesperson in Numismatics (the study of rare coins, medals & tokens), Notaphily (the study of antique paper money) and a Certified Precious Metal Specialist (Identification of Gold, Silver, Platinum, and Palladium purities)

Job Responsibilities:

• Qualify leads and promote customers to sell their Valuables.
• Buy/Sell Bullion (Investment Precious Metals) and Numismatic Coins and Currency.
• Identifying, Testing, Buying & Selling Precious Metals, Coins, Currency & Collectibles.
• Providing accurate, error-free appraisals and payouts.
• Upselling & Company Review collection

Ability to distinguish color-coded information accurately is essential to perform this role. You must be at least 18, have a high school diploma, be computer-literate, be good with math, and have excellent communication and analytical skills. Physical ability to stand and sit for extended periods and move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures within the store, as needed, entails lifting and performing all functions as set forth above. Ability to work as a Certified Precious Metals Specialist for PGS, with varied hours/days, including evenings/nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. You must have your vehicle, carry a valid driver’s license, and be fully insured.
